Holiday Inn Dulles, operated by B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, seeks a courteous Banquet Server to deliver food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner.

You will set up, maintain, and break down banquet spaces and ensure compliance with health regulations and local liquor laws to create an inviting atmosphere. The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork with bartenders, and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable guest service experience and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shift.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Serving Duties: Sets up, maintains, and breaks down banquet rooms after service/event.
• Helps control expenses and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Follow health regulations and liquor laws; collaborate with team members.
