B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly, professional Banquet Server for the Holiday Inn Dulles.

This role delivers food and beverages, upholds health regulations, sets up and breaks down banquet rooms, and contributes to an inviting guest experience. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, one+ year guest service experience, and English proficiency. TIPS or CARE certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TIPS or CARE certification desired, or ability to obtain certification.
• One or more years of guest service experience.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages.
• Set up, maintain, and take down banquet rooms after service.
• Adhere to health regulations and liquor laws.
• Assist bartenders and collaborate with other staff to meet guest needs.
• Follow brand standards and guest service recovery procedures.
