Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 matters.
• Advise clients on bankruptcy and restructuring strategy.
• Represent debtors, creditors, trustees and other stakeholders.
• Draft pleadings, motions and bankruptcy filings.
• Develop and execute case strategy with clients.
