Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in New York, NY seeks a Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture in Banking within the Financial Services Office.

You will analyze information to help clients make decisions, lead diverse teams, and develop long-term client relationships while managing risk and opportunities. The role requires a flexible travel schedule up to 80% (20% international) and a strong background in banking transformation across multiple product areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in banking transformation for various banking sectors.
• At least 6 years in one or more listed roles in consulting, banking, or related areas.
• Experience in 3+ of the listed skill areas (operating model, product/process design, change program strategy, assessments, channel transformation, core platform transformation).
• 3 years of experience managing and supervising a workstream through all project life-cycle phases.
• 3 years of experience creating detailed project plans and delivering feedback.
