Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail banking sales and service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales and cross-sell opportunities through a consultative approach.
• Open consumer and business deposit accounts to increase in-market deposit growth.
• Refer residential and small-business loans to internal partners as appropriate.
• Provide full-service experience including teller-level transactional support when needed.
• Meet individual sales and service goals and support branch targets.
