Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of banking operations experience.
• Outstanding leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Thorough knowledge of bank operations.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational abilities in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with President, CEO and executives to set goals and plans.
• Plan and supervise daily bank operations including deposits, loans, IT.
• Recruit, motivate, and lead a high-performance management team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, customer service excellence and risk mitigation.
• Oversee research, analysis and evaluation of operations for strategic planning.
• Control expenses and maintain audit readiness.
• Attend community events and expand partnerships.
