Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience required.

• Excellent PC skills and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the Consumer Lending Department to ensure efficient operations.
• Approve loans within guidelines and manage underwriting processes.
• Maintain manuals and procedures relevant to consumer lending.
• Ensure staffing levels and supervise staff performance.
• Assist with training and staff development.
