• Requires 5–8 years of mid-level implementation experience delivering imaging and payments solutions in banking.
• Client-facing role with strong communication, requirements gathering, and independent solutioning abilities.
• Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required post go-live for new clients.

Responsibilities

• Run small-scope projects independently as Project Manager and Technical Analyst.
• Serve as Technical Analyst on larger multi-product, cross-functional implementations.
• Lead client calls, trainings, and on-site go-lives with post-go-live hypercare support.
• Coordinate and engage other technical resources as needed during complex implementations.
