System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Banking & Financial Services in Pittsburgh, PA. The role is permanent full time with a remote-offsite work model, requiring extensive BA experience in banking/finance domains.

Responsibilities include leading requirements discovery, documenting BRDs/FRDs, facilitating Agile and Waterfall delivery, supporting UAT, and ensuring end-to-end data and interface integrity across SDLC with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Elicit and analyze requirements via interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
Document BRDs/FRDs, use cases, data mappings and RTMs across SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery and stakeholder interviews to understand objectives and constraints.
Document current and future state processes; identify gaps and opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and testable criteria.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and data mappings.
Bridge business and tech teams to ensure alignment and delivery of functionality.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, PO, and PM throughout SDLC.
Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery models and backlog refinement.
Assist UAT with scenarios, acceptance criteria, and defect analysis.
Analyze interfaces, data flows, and integrations to ensure end-to-end integrity.
Ensure banking operations, regulatory compliance, security, risk, and controls are considered.
Identify gaps and risks; drive issues to resolution with stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices and documentation.
