Synovus in Tampa, FL seeks a seasoned Financial Advisor to manage a portfolio of firm clients and drive new business through proactive solicitation. You will serve business entities, owners, and individuals aligned with the firm’s market strategy, delivering comprehensive financial solutions.

You will maintain loan and deposit products knowledge, cross-sell services, and collaborate with Investment and Trust teams to meet client needs, while ensuring compliance and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in finance or business.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial loan documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.

Responsabilités

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Manage loan portfolio and cross-sell financial products to meet client needs.
• Analyze creditworthiness and approve/deny loans within authority; ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and manage business relationships to promote prudent growth and credit quality.
• Solicit new personal and business banking relationships and referrals.
