Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Ensure three-ring standard is met with timely phone responses and greet clients on entry.
• Manage risk by following bank policies, Reg CC, and new account procedures; open new accounts as needed.
• Lead and coach team members; coordinate with HR on staffing, compensation, and training as required.
• Identify client financial needs and refer to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain exceptional client service.
