Job summary

Coastal is seeking a customer-focused professional to solicit new business, service existing clients, and promote bank products. You will assess client needs, make referrals, process accounts, and support branch operations with accuracy and integrity.

The role requires banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Solicit or build relationships with new customers and service existing ones.
• Assess customer needs and promote applicable products or services.
• Follow up by phone and maintain awareness of bank offerings.
• Document accounts per bank guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Provide referrals to Treasury Management, Commercial and Consumer Lending, and Cash Management.
• Support tellers and assist with operations duties as assigned.
• Conduct prospect research and set appointments for calling.
• Maintain monthly production tracking and retention efforts.
