• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, risk management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance testing, risk management, or audit.
• 5+ years of experience managing compliance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance Assurance Program and drive continuous enhancement.
• Train, manage, and develop the Compliance Assurance Program team.
• Escalate performance issues and ensure timely annual plan completion.
• Oversee issue management, reporting, and remediation status.
• Engage stakeholders across Compliance Advisory, LOBs, Risk Management, and Internal Audit.
• Contribute to special projects for regulatory exams and internal audits.
