Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience with detailed knowledge of the banking / financial services industry.
• Advanced understanding of reporting tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies informational delivery strategy in the design of solutions that meet customer, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Consults with line of business leadership to understand strategic plans and issues.
• Translates strategic goals into a strategic Informational Delivery direction.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Develops strategic recommendations using multiple information sources (customer, market, financial reports, industry reports).
• Designs reporting, analyses, and lists aligned with business goals with BI Analysts.
• Presents recommendations and findings to internal audiences in a clear manner.
• Ensures privacy, regulatory compliance and internal policies; participates in annual audit.
• Researches trends in loan and deposit portfolios and analyzes implications.
• Designs business rules for Client and Relationship Management hub.
• Supports reporting needs with controllers and senior executives.
• Assists in information validation and data gap identification with data management teams.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Senior Management.
