Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service by greeting members promptly and personalizing interactions.
• Serve as a reliable advisor for consumer and business members and suggest matching products and services.
• Gain knowledge of OCCU's personal and business products and communicate offers clearly.
• Gather information about member needs and tailor recommendations with member benefits in mind.
• Contribute to branch goals and meet or exceed service and sales targets.
• Process consumer and business requests, review credit reports, and prepare documents with clarity.
