Job summary

OCCU is seeking a Senior Enrichment Advisor in Redmond, Oregon to deliver trusted financial guidance and outstanding member service. You will open consumer and business accounts, process and fund loan applications, and actively promote OCCU products to support members' current and future financial well-being.

You will handle complex member situations, review credit reports, and maintain accurate records while working to meet service and sales goals in a full-time role with incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of banking experience.
• Ability to open consumer and business accounts; process and fund loan applications.
• Strong member service and sales skills to promote OCCU products.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service by greeting members and personalizing interactions while recommending internal services.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to consumer and business members and build lasting relationships through multiple channels.
• Gain knowledge of OCCU's products and services and clearly explain offers to members and prospects.
• Gather information about member needs and tailor product or service recommendations accordingly.
• Contribute to branch goals and meet service and sales targets.
• Process requests, review credit reports, and prepare documents with clear disclosures.
