As a Senior Banker, you will serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Your key responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities, and providing exceptional client care. You will proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct regular follow-up routines.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • Alternatively, previous roles such as Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for at least six months.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Passion and commitment to improving clients' financial lives.
  • Confidence in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective in engaging clients both in-person and via phone.
  • Ability to learn new information and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date, if not already certified.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in a financial center with goal achievement.
  • Retail or sales experience in an incentive-based environment.
  • Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and laptop technology.
