Malvern National Bank is seeking a Teller III in Little Rock, AR. You will assist customers with daily financial transactions, provide exceptional service, and help identify banking needs. You may mentor peers and support CSR tasks as needed.

Expect to balance cash drawers, handle deposits and payments, and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements while promoting bank products to customers.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Two years cash handling experience in financial services required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver phenomenal customer service through aggressive friendliness, honesty, and confidence.
• Cross-sell bank products/services; make referrals to the appropriate bank representative.
• Accept deposits, checks for cashing, loan payments, cashier’s checks and cash advances; request authorization for transactions above limits.
• Examine checks for proper endorsements, verify legality, identify counterfeit currency, and ensure proper account authority.
• Ensure proper control of cash drawer with the ability to balance daily.
• Provide guidance to tellers during complex customer situations.
• May assist with CSR duties after CSR training, including processing check orders, ATM or debit card orders, and opening/closing accounts.
