Responsibilities

• Deliver phenomenal customer service with friendly, positive, and confident behavior.
• Build relationships with customers and non-customers to identify products/services that fit their needs.
• Cross-sell bank products/services and refer to the appropriate bank representative.
• Accept deposits, checks for cashing, loan payments, cashier’s checks and cash advances; request authorization for transactions above limits.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain proper cash handling controls.
• Guide tellers during complex customer situations and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
