Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking reliable operators for a fast-paced, automated production line. As a Sheeting Line Operator or Flow Wrapper Operator, you will run automated equipment, diagnose issues, and support preventive maintenance while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

The role requires ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for 12 hours, input data into the ERP, and learn new tasks across production. A high school diploma or GED and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Two years production experience preferred, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience operating PLC controlled equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to stand/walk for a 12-hour shift as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Choose Safety First in all you do.
• Maintain food quality standards and GMP compliance.
• Partner with team members to maintain consistent line operation.
• Ensure machinery runs properly and report issues to supervisor or maintenance.
• Input required information into the ERP system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of machinery in the area.
• Keep the work area clean and debris-free.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
