Job summary

Abimar Foods is seeking a Machine Operator Level 3 - Mixing to safely execute the mixing and forming process for baked goods. You will prepare, verify, load, monitor, and document dough or materials according to approved formulas, standards, and production schedules, while maintaining a clean, safe, and inspection-ready area.

You will read and follow production schedules, validate batch information, and ensure ingredient traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent combination of education, manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Prior manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, GMPs, and production docs.
• Basic computer usage and system capability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and control mixing equipment per recipes, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Read schedules and formulas before starting production.
• Verify batch information and ingredients for accuracy and traceability.
• Record materials, temperatures, and deviations accurately and on time.
• Maintain clean, safe, and inspection-ready mixing area.
• Coordinate with downstream lines to ensure continuous production.
