Seeking 5–12+ years in backend/platform engineering with expertise in identity/security, financial systems, or blockchain infra, plus strong distributed systems, observability, and cross‑functional collaboration. Remote-friendly within the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years in backend/platform engineering.
• Experience with high-scale, high-availability systems in fintech/crypto.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services.
• Own financial operations systems: transfers, ledgering, reconciliation.
• Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure (node/RPC, transaction submission).
• Define reliability and observability standards (SLOs, dashboards, incident practices).
• Lead large cross-functional technical projects.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards and reviews.
• Stay aligned with industry best practices in crypto security.
