A leading crypto trading platform is seeking a Senior Backend & Platform Engineer to own critical systems including Identity Management and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–12+ years in backend engineering with deep expertise in high-scale systems, particularly in fintech or crypto. Qualifications

• 5–12+ years in backend or platform engineering, especially in fintech or crypto.
• Deep expertise in identity & access or blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong operational mindset including monitoring and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate Identity & Access Management services.
• Own financial operations systems for transfers and payments.
• Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure.
• Define reliability standards with dashboards and alerts.
• Lead large cross-functional technical projects.
