Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, backend engineering, or application development with increasing responsibility.
• Experience delivering business‑critical applications in Agile software development environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and API‑driven platforms.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and observable backend services in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise‑grade software solutions for Wealth Custody & Clearing platform.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Develop cloud‑enabled and API‑first solutions with modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and platform delivery.
• Support integrations with external fintech, custody, clearing, and market providers.
• Ensure performance, resiliency, security, observability, and data integrity.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes, estimation, sprint planning, and production support.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster engineering excellence and ownership.
