Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend development experience.
• Minimum 5 years using Go.
• Experience as a tech lead or team lead.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience using Go & Operator SDK.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python or Rust.
• Experience with GCP or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop Kubernetes Operators using Go & Operator SDK as microservices.
• Design and develop high-performance web applications with HA and disaster recovery focus.
• Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, including deployment, scaling, and health.
• Own the full lifecycle of designing robust RESTful architectures and orchestrating containers.
