**** ROLE- 1 ****

Kubernetes SME with .Net Core programmer & micro-services architecture

Must Haves:

• Proficiency in .NET Core and microservices architecture.
• Kubernetes advanced knowledge (rbac, storage, ingress, hpa, helm, manage and create deployment yamls, crds).
• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (managing clusters, deployments, RBAC, networking, and storage).
• Experience in developing Kubernetes operators using Go.
• Hands-on experience with Open Service Broker for service automation.
• Proficiency in .NET Core and microservices architecture.
• Experience with both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-based private cloud environments.
• Experience with Helm, Terraform, or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience working with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contributions to open-source Kubernetes projects are a plus.

**** ROLE- 2 ****

Kubernetes Administrator with Infrastructure services, Cloud Platforms, Linux/ Unix, storage

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Strong experience with Linux, Networking and storage fundamentals, Docker, Kubernetes administration, Kubernetes RBAC, POD Security, Operators, NGINX ingress controller, HELM, Service Mesh - Istio, Programming - Shell scripting, Python, Automation - Ansible, CICD.
• Strong working experience with application architecture, HA, DR, Infrastructure services (DNS, Load Balancer, Firewall, TLS certs, web servers, reverse proxies, GIT).
• Broad knowledge in systems telemetry and monitoring (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace Splunk, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, effective working independently.

Typical Day In The Role:

• Kubernetes administration, Linux & basic knowledge of Infra components (Network, Storage etc.).
• Support App teams to resolve their issues.
• Help customers to onboard the KOB Platform.
• Assist with migration activity to App teams.
• Build a new Infra/Platform.
• Automation, capacity planning, performance tuning etc.

Nice to Haves: Ansible, Grafana, PowerBI, Dynatrace.

**** ROLE- 3 ****

Kubernetes SME with Go (Golang) programmer, containerization, Linux/ Unix

Must Haves:

• Kubernetes advanced knowledge (rbac, storage, ingress, hpa, helm, manage and create deployment yamls, crds).

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Go (Golang).

• Develop Kubernetes Operators/Controllers in Go to automate infrastructure tasks.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications (e.g. ArgoCD).

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in distributed systems running on Kubernetes.

• Security best practices in Kubernetes (RBAC, network policies, OPA).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Go (Golang) programming (3+ years preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, containerd).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes APIs, CRDs, and Custom Controllers/Operators.
• Experience with any cloud platforms.
• Understanding of networking in Kubernetes (CNI, Ingress, Service Mesh like Istio).
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Knowledge of GitOps principles (Git, ArgoCD) is a plus.
