Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field, or related practical experience.
• 7+ years designing and deploying enterprise applications with Java/J2EE.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of Agile, OO analysis, design patterns, and server-side development.
• 2-3+ years with MongoDB, SAML, OAuth, REST, Kafka in transaction processing.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Workflows.
• Automate build, test, security scans, and deployment workflows.
• Deploy to PCF and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
• Enable blue-green, canary, or rolling deployment strategies.
• Enforce CI/CD best practices around security, auditability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding and coordinating with collaborators to meet deadlines and budget.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/Workflows.
• Estimate development sizing and prioritize tasks with Scrum Master and product owner.
• Ensure quality through automated testing and TDD; integrate SSO across systems.
• Drive release process improvements and support team needs.
• Identify risks, mitigation plans, and maintain documentation and standards.
• Engage with onshore and offshore teams to refine development practices.
