Job summary

Aalyria Technologies, Inc. is a leading aerospace tech company seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Spacetime team. You will shape core data models and APIs powering complex communications networks across land, sea, air, and space.

You will work with seasoned engineers to design, build, test, and operate durable interfaces while tackling challenging production systems. Hybrid remote/in-office schedule and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
8+ years experience designing and developing production software systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, and debugging.
Experience designing durable APIs, schemas, or domain models.
Experience evolving production interfaces while maintaining compatibility.
Proficiency in Golang, C/C++, Rust, or Java.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve core data models for complex communications networks.
Design, build, and operate the APIs through which users and systems interact with Spacetime.
Develop durable abstractions for heterogeneous physical and logical networks.
Maintain the quality, compatibility, consistency, and performance of core product models and interfaces.
