Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills with delivery focus.
• Ability to mentor juniors and share product insights with stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional, collaborative teams and iterative solutions.
• Excellent communication of complex technical concepts and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Design modular, scalable, testable systems with clear endpoints.
