Job summary

Plum Fintech is seeking a Backend Engineer to join the Engineering team and help deliver the best product to customers. You will contribute to pragmatic, product-minded engineering and work with a collaborative team to continuously improve how we build software.

You will work with Kotlin with Spring Boot and Python with FastAPI, across Postgres and BigQuery, on GCP infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker). The role offers a base salary with equity and a hybrid work model, with 2 in-office days per

Qualifications

• Proficient backend development with modern languages and frameworks.
• Ability to design modular, scalable architectures.
• Experience with testable, high-quality code.
