• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale.

• Strong Golang development for high-performance backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and distributed systems for large-scale model inference.
• Contribute to technical roadmap and design of the inference platform with low latency and high throughput.
• Ensure production reliability with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to align capabilities with business goals.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (GCP) and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.
• Promote best practices for backend development, testing, deployment, and monitoring (DevOps, SRE).
