Job summary

RTB House is seeking a backend-focused software engineer to own internal services and data pipelines in a fully remote setting. You will develop tools that empower non-technical teams to perform complex analyses, build scalable backend systems, and optimize bidding data processing across diverse integrations.

The role requires strong software engineering skills, experience with GCP and SQL/BigQuery, and a knack for clean, observable code in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering experience
Experience with cloud environments (GCP) and data analysis tools (SQL, Google BigQuery)
Ability to quickly adapt and design stable, scalable solutions in dynamic environments
Strong focus on clean code, reliability, and observability

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of internal services and components ensuring health and scalability
Develop and maintain services and tools enabling non-technical teams to run analyses
Build and optimize backend services and data pipelines (ETL/ELT) enriching bidding data
Conduct technical and A/B analyses to improve bidding integration efficiency
Work with a modern tech stack including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, GCP, and BigQuery
