Job summary

TrafficCast is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of server-side software in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software engineering with solid skills in C, Java, Python, and PHP.

Your role involves contributing to cross-functional Agile projects, implementing automated testing, and maintaining efficient code. You will also collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the success of various TCI products.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Software Engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with PHP.
• At least 1 year of experience with Laravel.
• At least 6 months of experience with Python.
• Experience with complex, real-time delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross-functional projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Implement automated unit and integration tests (TDD preferred).
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise proactive solutions.
