Job summary

Statar Capital LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the trading stack from gateways to cloud infrastructure. You will write performance-critical C++ and also deploy and orchestrate infrastructure in AWS, taking systems from design through production.

Ideal candidates understand trading desks, markets, and the full stack; you will own systems end-to-end and collaborate closely with researchers and traders in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years building trading systems with low-latency requirements.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end systems from gateways to cloud infra.
• Experience with trading desks and markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build low-latency trading infrastructure in C++, including gateways.
• Develop market data systems and OMS/EMS components across stack.
• Operate FIX connectivity and build cloud services in AWS.
• Own infra with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with traders/researchers to translate desk needs into production systems.
• Document architecture and runbooks for production.
