Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of communication or leadership experience in a technical context.
• Senior Backend Developer with Flask and Ruby experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build Elasticsearch dashboards for metrics.
• Own a technology service end-to-end from Ruby schema to on-call rotation.
• Respond to on-call rotations and postmortems.
• Track and report on KPIs for technology services.
• Break large initiatives into Ruby increments.
• Stress-test Tailwind CSS systems and harden where needed.
