The role emphasizes hands‑on coding in .NET/C#, mentoring teammates, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle using modern delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years backend development experience with .NET and C#.
• 4+ years of equivalent software development experience.
• 3+ years designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• 2+ years enterprise cloud development experience, AWS preferred.
• 2+ years with relational SQL or NoSQL databases.
• 2+ years with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git/GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using .NET and C#.
• Partner with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Build reusable services and components supporting multiple products.
• Take ownership of software solutions throughout the lifecycle including production support.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, designs, and engineering standards.
• Lead code reviews and promote quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
