Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent software development experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of backend development with Java (Java 17+) and Spring Boot or Spring.
• 2+ years of public cloud experience (AWS or Azure).
• 2+ years working with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL databases.
• 2+ years of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and Sonar.
• 2+ years designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications with a primary focus on robust Java backend services.
• Write clean, well-designed, testable, efficient code using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Design and integrate secure, performant RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational or non-relational database schemas.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and non-production issues.
