The Consensus is seeking a Backend Engineer in Seattle to design, implement, and optimize systems powering our mission-critical applications. You will contribute across the customer journey and work with the Inventory Savings team to help customers save on restaurant supplies.

We value problem-solvers with Java expertise and cloud experience across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, plus RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Onsite in Seattle with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
