OG.com, a Crypto.com company, is seeking a mid-to-senior Backend Engineer to drive growth of our 24/7 high-throughput infrastructure. You will expand core domains into the sports and prediction ecosystem while maintaining reliability of critical transactional networks.

You will work in a fast-paced startup-like environment, collaborating across global teams and shaping backend architectures for real-time sports data feeds and prediction markets.

Qualifications

• Backend system development experience with production-grade mastery.
• Experience with sports or high-velocity sports-data infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robust, highly scalable backend services and distributed systems in Golang for 24/7 global trading and sports-domain apps.
• Develop backend services and operations, including architectural decisions, design reviews, coding, and feature implementations.
• Act as technical SME to embed sports-domain knowledge into core backend for prediction markets and real-time data feeds.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve architectural bottlenecks in large-scale high-concurrency infra.
• Provide high-tier technical operational support for real-time client issues and systemic availability.
