Crypto.com is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Backend Engineer to drive growth of our 24/7 high-throughput infrastructure, with a focus on expanding core domains into sports and prediction ecosystems. The role requires a deep domain understanding of sports platforms and the ability to keep critical transactional networks running around the clock.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Experience with sports platforms, prediction markets, or high-velocity data infra.
• Strong proficiency in Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robust, scalable backend services and distributed systems in Golang.
• Propose architectural decisions, participate in design reviews, code and feature implementation.
• Embed sports-domain knowledge into backend to support prediction markets and real-time data feeds.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in high-concurrency infrastructure.
• Provide high-tier operational support to maintain system availability.
