United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer (APIs) focused on Security Products. You will design and ship public-facing APIs in Go, collaborating with product managers, security researchers, and frontend engineers to deliver secure, scalable workflows.

You will drive end-to-end API design, testing, and observability, with on-call responsibilities and a strong emphasis on reliability. Hybrid work with core Pacific/MT time is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production Go as your primary language.
• 3+ years on public APIs with external consumers.
• Experience designing reliable, large-scale backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, ship, and own public-facing APIs and backend services in Go—from proposal through production rollout and on-call support.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and security researchers to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Turn ambiguous problems into well-defined technical plans that the team can execute on.
