Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent
• Strong MS tech stack and backend development experience
• Experience with Azure, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend systems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Profile, measure, and optimize latency, throughput, and memory usage
• Apply design patterns and explain choices; model complex business logic
• Design and implement cloud solutions on Azure for workload challenges
• Document approach, test strategy, and rollback options before building
• Produce test evidence and ensure QA handoff clarity
• Collaborate with AI tooling as part of normal workflow
• Review code for correctness and enforce requirements
• Own scalability, reliability, and security in production systems
• Mentor developers and raise team engineering standards
• Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem and advocate valuable tech
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and engineers across SDLC
