Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and automated software deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyze system requirements and customize applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and regression testing environments to support delivery.
• Assist with software updates and rollout of releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Ensure Quality Assurance validates software against specifications and deliver reliable applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software and systems.
• Synthesize market research to inform project strategies and product offerings.
• Conduct training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internal applications.
• Demonstrate independent judgment in significant matters and maintain reliable attendance.
