Honor Technology in the United States is seeking a backend engineer to build and operate production systems with real-world impact. You will collaborate across design, product, data, and care operations to evolve systems from design to production.

You will mentor teammates and contribute to a healthy, inclusive engineering culture while translating complex technical ideas into clear, actionable solutions for partners and building core services powering growth and communication stacks.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
• Designing relational data models and working with databases at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with API design, distributed systems, and backend performance.
• Proficiency in Python or willingness to learn Python.
