Nourish is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our fast-growing team in NYC. As an early member of the engineering group, you’ll own major backend components, partner with product, design, and analytics, and help shape the platform that supports patient, dietitian, and insurer interactions.

The role is full-time with a hybrid NYC office presence, and remote candidacy is welcome. You’ll work across the codebase to deliver scalable, high-performance backend services and drive impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship cutting-edge backend features with speed and quality.
• Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale codebase and team productivity.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics to solve data-driven problems.
• Contribute to estimations, planning and execution of projects and integrations.
• Maintain and evolve backend services and infrastructure with clean, high-performance code.
