Job summary

Offchain is building the Nitro Backend powering Arbitrum, the leading Ethereum scaling solution. You will tackle complex distributed systems, optimize performance, and contribute to the security and scalability of Arbitrum.

You’ll work closely with research, product, and blockchain engineering teams on cutting-edge technology. Ideal candidates have production experience with a concurrency-capable language (Go, C++, or Rust), a strong ownership mindset, and a collaborative communication style.
