Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional, hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience in architecting and designing large-scale, complex systems.
• Proficient in coding with Java, Kotlin, Golang, or similar languages.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, or equivalents.
• Proficient in using cloud computing tools and expertise in DevOps.
• Skilled at collaborating across engineering teams and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-level and low-level designs for billing platform subsystems.
• Accountable for quality, reliability, usability, and performance of solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for multiple billing teams.
• Lead design and development of complex software systems.
• Identify and solve technical challenges that may risk the business.
• Collaborate closely with product management and design departments.
