Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable software applications.

You will build reliable solutions, improve performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and backend services, troubleshooting defects, and participating in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of software development principles and object-oriented programming.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or other version control platforms.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices and software testing methodologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following established standards.
• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and application components.
• Troubleshoot defects and improve reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and design sessions.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and development teams.
• Develop unit tests and support deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and pursue continuous improvement.
