Qualifications

• Backend-focused software engineer with production-grade experience.
• Proficient in Java/Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Cloud/AWS with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• CI/CD and automated testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop features such as real-time alerting, workflow builders, and investigation tools.
• Own features from design through deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Build cloud-native apps using microservices, containers, and modern infra.
• Improve observability, reliability; troubleshoot production issues.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (Claude, Copilot) in the lifecycle.
• Participate in Kanban, CD, and daily deployments.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
