Job summary

Vouch is seeking a software engineer to design and build the platform exposing domain operations—backend services, data platforms, and Salesforce integrations. You will work on deterministic, well-typed tools for autonomous AI agents and human workflows, with a focus on reliability, observability, and auditable data contracts.

You’ll evolve experiences for brokers and clients, contribute to AI-enabled workflows, and handle real-world data across Postgres, Snowflake, and S3.

Qualifications

• Must have strong software engineering fundamentals and API design.
• Experience designing integrations between enterprise platforms and backend services.
• Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks and tool-calling patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and build platform exposing domain operations as deterministic tools.
• Implement reliable tool and data-access primitives with proper contracts and auth.
• Design APIs, event flows, and service contracts for agent/workflow interactions.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to evolve broker/client surfaces.
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflows and agent infrastructure for production readiness.
• Work with real-world data across Postgres, Snowflake, S3, and related patterns.
